Overview

I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a main contractor who specialise in the residential & civil sectors. They can pay up to £90,000 plus package.

This is an amazing opportunity that offers great progression and promotion opportunities

Responsibilities

• Overseeing large projects and helping implementing new processes
• Programming
• Client liaison
• Reporting to the Construction Director
• You may be required to stay away one or two nights a week depending on the location of projects
• Involvement in pre-construction through to completion

Requirements

• Experience on road or infrastructure projects
• Construction experience with a main contractor
• Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree
• CSCS
• SMSTS or IOSH
• Asbestos awareness training
• First aid
