Job description

We're looking for a experienced Contracts Manager to join a major infrastructure project. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a high-value scheme with real long-term impact.

You'll play a key role in managing contracts, supporting the wider project team, and keeping things on track from both a commercial and operational point of view.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing NEC contracts
  • Working closely with subcontractors and keeping them aligned
  • Supporting commercial reporting, change control, and payments
  • Spotting and managing contract risks before they become issues

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in civils or infrastructure, ideally in a Contracts Manager or Senior QS role
  • Confident with NEC contracts and commercial processes
  • A team player who can lead, communicate well, and stay organised
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
