Salary/rate: £90000.00 - £95000.00 per annum + car allowance + bonus + package

We're working with a well-regarded and expanding housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee developments across Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Construction Director, and offers the chance to take ownership of multiple live sites while supporting the wider production team.

What they're looking for:

A background in UK housebuilding is essential - ideally in a similar Contracts, Project, or Senior Site Management role

Someone confident managing multiple sites at once, with strong leadership and people management skills

A proactive approach to programme management, quality control, and team development

A collaborative mindset and the ability to liaise with internal departments and external partners
