Your role as Contracts Manager will include:

1. Managing and visiting multiple sites, supervising the contracts, and ensuring projects are on schedule.
2. Completing RAMS, progress reports, overseeing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and heads of departments.
3. Working closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries and reporting any potential issues.

The successful Contracts Manager will have:

• A strong background in timber frame builds and joinery knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites in the home counties and south east.
• Driving licence & CSCS card.
