Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic + bonus scheme (£5-10k OTE) + £5.6k car allowance + benefits such as training and development, progression, life assurance, sick pay, flexible benefits, and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a site manager looking to advance into a contracts manager role within a specialist timber frame manufacturer. The role involves managing contracts across the south east region, overseeing projects related to house builds and tier 1 contractors. Your role as Contracts Manager will include:

1. Managing and visiting multiple sites, supervising contracts, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines.
2. Completing RAMS, progress reports, overseeing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and department heads.
3. Collaborating closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries and address potential issues.

The successful Contracts Manager will have:

• A strong background in timber frame construction and joinery knowledge.
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites in the home counties and south east.
• Valid driving license and CSCS card.
