Description:
We are hiring for our client, a respected contractor within the built environment sector, who are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts across the Mallusk area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation delivering high-impact work in collaboration with NIHE.

As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring effective scheduling, managing key supply chain relationships, and leading performance meetings to ensure standards and timescales are consistently met.

The Role:
Oversee daily planning and scheduling of maintenance and improvement works
Lead and coordinate supply chain activity and performance
Chair regular progress and performance meetings with key partners
Ensure safe and effective contract delivery, meeting client expectations and compliance standards
Liaise closely with Depot Planning Teams to ensure workflow efficiency
Monitor cost, quality, and timelines of multiple projects

The Person:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
Strong understanding of NIHE contracts and frameworks
Holder of a CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Skilled in team leadership and contractor management
