We are hiring for our client, a respected contractor within the built environment sector, who are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of maintenance and improvement contracts across the Mallusk area. As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring effective scheduling, managing key supply chain relationships, and leading performance meetings to ensure standards and timescales are consistently met.

The Role:
• Oversee daily planning and scheduling of maintenance and improvement works
• Lead and coordinate supply chain activity and performance
• Chair regular progress and performance meetings with key partners
• Ensure safe and effective contract delivery, meeting client expectations and compliance standards
• Liaise closely with Depot Planning Teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Monitor cost, quality, and timelines of multiple projects
The Person:
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of NIHE contracts and frameworks
• Holder of a CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Skilled in team leadership and contractor management
