Location: Lutterworth - Nationwide Travel
Salary: £50,000+ per annum (DOE) + Generous Performance Bonus

Your Role at a Glance
  1. Oversee full lifecycle M&E contracts—from design through to handover.
  2. Manage budgets, programmes, and compliance across nationwide projects.
  3. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure success.
  4. Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of every project.
  5. Bring your healthcare sector experience to elevate care environments.
What You Bring to the Table
  1. 5+ years' experience managing Care Home/Healthcare M&E projects.
  2. Solid knowledge of UK M&E standards (BS 7671, HTM, CIBSE, etc.).
  3. Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and a proactive problem-solver.
  4. Comfortable managing £100k-£2M project values.
  5. UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
