This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

With a turnover in excess of £40M; its core business is the delivery of construction projects ranging in size from £50K - £5M including both refurbishment and new build.

They carry out projects in all sectors of the market, with the largest proportion being in education and industrial.

They are seeking a Contracts Manager experienced in managing two to three projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity.

The role requires regular site visits to monitor programme and progress, quality of work, safety standards, record accuracy, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, proper management of sub-contractors and labor, and maintaining the company's image.
