We re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the operational delivery of large-scale construction projects. You ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

We re working with a specialist contractor with a strong reputation in delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable structures using light gauge steel systems, from landmark residential developments to complex commercial builds.

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple live construction sites across residential and commercial sectors
  • Overseeing project programmes, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and H&S standards
  • Collaborating with clients, design teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitoring progress, reporting on performance, and resolving issues proactively
  • Leading regular site visits and progress meetings

What We re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager role
  • Background in light gauge steel construction or timber frame construction
  • Track record of managing multi-million-pound projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts (JCT or similar)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
