Linear Recruitment are working alongside an established New Builder Affordable homes builder on the recruitment of a Contracts Manager to join their diverse and dynamic business.

Location: West/North Yorkshire

Builder Focus: Quality over quantity of homes.

The Role:

1. Concurrently managing the delivery of multiple projects at any one time
2. Management and professional development of staff
3. Contribution to pre-construction, to ensure a seamless handover to operational teams
4. Advocate and comply with company policy and procedure and contribute to the development of company culture
5. The projects are predominantly retail and housing refurbishment and new build

The Candidate:

1. The candidate must be either an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in new build social housing
2. Excellent written and verbal communication
