Job summary

PACE Recruitment in Haslemere, Surrey seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to take full commercial and operational ownership of prestigious high-end residential schemes. The role requires leadership across mobilization to completion with close collaboration with site and QS teams.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, monthly valuations, cost reporting, and maintain top-tier H&S and quality standards on complex luxury projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing projects valued from £2M to £10M+ with strong JCT contract knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen with valuations, cost control, and budgeting.
• CIOB or RICS membership advantageous.

• Programme management, procurement, and driving site progress
