About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new build roofing projects in and around Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing or construction project management, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple roofing contracts simultaneously from inception to completion

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Monitor financial performance and ensure projects remain within budget

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

• Liaise regularly with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing new build projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence

• SMSTS (preferred)
