Overview

I am currently recruiting for an experienced and hands on Contracts Manager for a main contractor based in Bournemouth. They turnover IRO 17.5million with projects ranging from vehicle retail (new build & refurbishment), Healthcare and Commercial, with projects valued to 6million. At present, alongside the current Contracts Manager, the Managing Director is involved with overseeing contracts and is now looking to concentrating on other areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative and energetic company who will be able to give you a long term career.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2/3 projects at any one time, each with an experienced standalone Project Manager based on site.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and the current Contracts Manager as contracts responsibilities are focused within the business.
