Contracts Manager required

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a mix of refurbishment and new build developments.

Key experience required:

1. Listed Building / Heritage experience
2. Residential conversion / refurbishment experience
3. New build residential experience

The role involves managing approximately three projects simultaneously. Projects vary in size but predominantly involve conversion or refurbishment into high-spec apartments and some new build residential work within the grounds. Many sites include old manor houses, so experience with listed buildings is highly desirable.
