As contracts Manager, you will be managing multiple fit-out projects ranging in value from £500k – £10m. These projects will include fit-out projects, CAT A & B office fit-out projects, laboratory fit-out projects, and occasionally high-end residential fit-out projects. Your time will be split between the office and sites across the week.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of fit-out and refurbishment experience.
• Experience running 4/6 fit-out projects at one time.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in CAT A & CAT B Fit-out projects.
• Great attention to detail
• Strong Leadership skills

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

My client is paying a salary of £85,000 – £90,000 depending on experience with a travel allowance and 1% of gross profit margin of each project.
