Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Contracts Manager / Project Manager for a temp to perm role in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in Groundworks and be capable of managing projects from start to finish while liaising with clients and overseeing site staff. Good communication skills and knowledge of health and safety are essential. A company vehicle will be provided, and familiarity with Excel and Word is required.

My client is a family business based in Northamptonshire and they are recruiting a Contracts Manager / Project Manager on a Temp to Perm basis.

Most of their works are in the Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. So will to travel is essential. Company Vehicle provided (Van/Car).

Role is office based.

• Raising quotations - Word

• Problem solving and rectify issues onsite.
• Managing 2/3 staff per site
