Contracts Manager

£45,000 - £48,000 + Progression + Training + Vehicle + Hybrid + Days

The Role

Do you have Contract, Project or Operational Management experience looking to receive a clear progression plan into leadership for a multi-million pound and highly-successful business operating within the Construction / Facilities sector?

On offer is a great opportunity to rapidly develop your career, receive continuous on the job training and play a vital role in the companies operations and growth.

This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 100 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor.

In this role you will be working from a local office in your area and required to travel to sites throughout the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Engineering operations across a number of high-end facilities.

This role would suit someone with Contract Management experience who wants a secure role within an exciting field with full training across a range of responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and Overseeing Maintenance and Engineering teams.
  • Operational tasks running residential parks.
  • Occasional travel to site.
  • Office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30).
