Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong precast concrete background to oversee multiple projects across Edinburgh. This is a permanent position for a motivated and organised professional who can manage and support site managers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Site Managers working across various precast concrete projects.
• Ensure all works are completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle project paperwork, reports, and contractual documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Ensure quality control, productivity, and site coordination on all precast operations, including Spam, Fairn, and Rapid Works.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to site teams to achieve company objectives.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience overseeing multiple site managers within a construction or precast concrete environment.
• Strong background in precast concrete, including familiarity with Spam, Fairn, and Rapid Works systems.
• Excellent organisational and paperwork management skills.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (required).
• SMSTS
