Contracts Manager - Leicestershire - Main Contractor - up to £65,000 + Package (depending on experience)


Are you an experienced Contracts Manager open to new opportunities in the East Midlands area?


Do you have experience managing a range of projects such as refurbishment, fit outs, and alterations to the commercial, healthcare, and educational sectors?


This opportunity could be the right one for you.


Your new company will look to pay a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience with a package included such as a company car or car allowance with healthcare, company phone, and laptop.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Planning of programme of works
  2. Organising of labour/sub-contract labour, and materials within a given budget
  3. Responsible for all health and safety on site
  4. Working closely with Internal Management team ensuring they are kept up to date with project progress
  5. Maintain excellent client relationships
  6. Ensure training and development courses are attended

Must have:

  1. SMSTS
  2. First aid at work
  3. Relevant experience in a similar role
  4. Full UK driving licence
