Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a Main Contractor who are looking for their next Contracts Manager.

The role sits across the Midlands and will see you work across multiple sites as the Contracts Manager providing operational, strategic and contractual direction to multiple teams.

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the control and management of projects worth a minimum of 50 million. You will lead supervisors, working foreman, direct operatives, and sub-contractors to ensure contracts are completed to programme, zero issues/defects, budget and with no risk to the health and safety of all involved.

About you

• Experience managing projects of minimum 50million
• Worked on Healthcare or Education projects previously
• Experience managing multiple Site Managers / Project Managers across a range of projects
• Understanding of maximising profitability through alternative vendor/supplier negotiations
• Conducting regular site safety checks
• Experience delivering progress against targeted programmes of work
