Your Role at a Glance

1. Oversee full lifecycle M&E contracts from design through to handover
2. Manage budgets, programmes, and compliance across nationwide projects
3. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure success
4. Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of every project
5. Bring your healthcare sector experience to elevate care environments

What You Bring to the Table

1. 5+ years experience managing Care Home/Healthcare M&E projects
2. Solid knowledge of UK M&E standards (BS 7671, HTM, CIBSE, etc.)
3. Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and a proactive problem-solver
4. Comfortable managing GBP100k - GBP2M project values
5. UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
