Job description

Are you a Construction specialist who is able to take a project from feasibility successfully through to completion? Have you thought about running multiple projects at once?

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a Development Management client to find a Contracts Manager who will manage a range of exciting East Midlands based projects for the next 12-18 months, where you will manage them on a hybrid basis.

Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, UK

Your Projects role will include the following duties:
  1. Acting in a client facing manner, updating clients and key decision makers
  2. Project managing the on site delivery of numerous local projects/contracts
  3. Ensuring works are completed on site in line with deadlines
  4. Working towards project SLAs
  5. Dealing with feasibility through to construction stage
  6. Processing variations and payments
Essential criteria of the Contracts Management role is:
  1. Driving licence with business use
  2. Able to visit the office and sites 2-3 times a week
  3. Educated to HND level in a relevant specialism
  4. (Desirable) Degree in Built Environment/Chartered Surveyor status
