Contracts Manager Construction

A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their growing team.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for looking after 2 £2 - £10 million Prime Refurbishment / new builds in Surrey / London. The role involves program, design, reporting and day‑to‑day management of major projects.

The company is a lean, intimate team with 15 years of market experience, handling approximately £15 million in turnover and working on some of London and the home counties’ finest properties. The team is growing rapidly and aims to become a leading Prime Residential Main Contractor over the next five years.

Contract Manager's Role

The successful Contracts Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that budgets, schedules, quality standards and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

• Prime/high‑end residential experience
• Managing multiple £2+ million budgets simultaneously
• Exposure to prime refurbishments and new builds
• Excellent organisational and team‑management skills
• Good computer skills
