Job description

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a senior position where you'll manage projects with a real opportunity to build your own team and deliver high-profile Data Centre projects across Europe.

You'll handle all aspects of contracts for various projects across Europe. This is a chance to join a respected company during an exciting growth period.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review, prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
  2. Identify and manage contract risks; handle contract changes and claims.
  3. Ensure all contract terms are followed.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to resolve contract issues.
  5. Maintain detailed records of all contracts.
  6. Provide regular reports on contract status.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of contracts management experience, preferably in mechanical contracting.
  2. Proven success in contract negotiations.
  3. Good understanding of construction contracts.
  4. Knowledge of European contract laws.
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work across different cultures and countries.
  7. Willing to travel across Europe as needed.
  8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
