Salary up to £67,500 + benefits

Our client is a traditional main contractor who operates in the specialist field of fast track commercial fit out.

As a private company with a flat management structure, this is an ideal time to join the business. They have an urgent requirement for an ambitious Project / Contracts Manager with the skills and application to interface directly with clients from the outset, managing contracts both commercially and operationally.

Projects typically range in value between £100k to £1 million. A good all-round knowledge of interiors, including raised access flooring, furniture, and glass partitions gained on commercial schemes is essential.

You are likely to be qualified in Construction Management or from a time-served trade/carpentry background, but your experience must include the fit-out of commercial building projects.
