Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Contracts Manager experienced in New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects. You will manage 2-3 schemes, working closely with the Construction Director. Essential qualifications include prior experience in the industrial sector and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. Salary is up to £90,000, along with a company car allowance and bonuses.

Do you have experience of /overseeing/managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a Contracts Manager. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!

Our client has a number of projects on site in the Greater Midlands and along the M1 corridor. Their current live projects are predominantly within the Industrial sector and ranged in value from £5m to £15m.
You will work closely with the Construction Director and have oversee 2-3 schemes at any one time, having management responsibly for all site based Project Managers..

The Candidate (Contracts Manager):
As a Contracts Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Contracts Manager.

You will require the following:
•Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• A full UK driving license
•
