Purpose of Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our Education Team overseeing a School PFI contract in Doncaster and Sheffield.

Job Description

This contract involves six schools within the area, where we are delivering a TFM solution.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all supporting functions sustain operational management to maximise returns in terms of profit and service level.
  • Identify, manage, and reduce unnecessary costs and inefficient activities; ensure business risks are clearly identified and controlled.
  • Provide direction, focus, and consistency across the contract.
  • Work closely with the client.
  • Manage performance of delivery teams.
  • Review project schedules and budgets.
  • Establish and employ robust on-site procedures; undertake daily checks.
  • Identify improvements to overcome problems and mitigate risks.
  • Seek opportunities to improve provided information for commercial or practical benefit.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
  • Contract Management experience within Facilities Management (Essential)
  • Understanding of the delivery of TFM (Essential)
  • Staff Management
  • IOSH certification
