The Company

I'm working with a leading Construction contractor based in the West Midlands, who specialise in Civil Engineering, Fit Out and New Build. Their projects range from £50K to £8M and they are forecasted to grow considerably over the next 12-24 months. Their projects sit in auto-motive, industrial and commercial and can be ground works, fit out, refurb and new-build.

The role

They are looking for a Contracts Manager with a civils background who can comfortably work high to volume of works, at pace, between the values of £750k-2M. This role sits in their Operational team reporting directly to the MD and has the potential to offer significant progression opportunities. Our client is a brilliant business, with exciting ambitions and a positive commercial outlook. They want to invest in someone who has the right experience and attitude in construction who wants to develop and be part of the exciting expansions plans.
