Job description

CSS Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  3. Organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in using tablets/computers.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites (qualification preferred).
  6. Experience in groundworks, building contracts, and collaboration with client production teams; experience in residential new build groundworks is desirable.
  7. Ability to resource programme planning and conduct tender reviews.
  8. Ability to review monthly Cost Value reports.
  9. Problem-solving skills, reliability, diplomacy, a clean driving license, and self-motivation.
Position Details:

This is a full-time role based in our Cambridge office, managing multiple sites across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Essex.
