We’re working with a growing, design-led regional housebuilder to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager as part of their strategic expansion across Cornwall.

Due to an increasing number of live developments, the business is looking to strengthen its operational leadership team with a driven individual who can oversee multiple housing sites, maintain quality, and deliver safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple live housing developments across Cornwall
• Lead and support site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Manage build programmes and drive construction progress
• Uphold and enforce exceptional health & safety standards
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
• Coordinate with commercial, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple housing sites simultaneously
• Strong background in operational management within residential development
• Excellent planning, programming, and people management skills
• Track record of delivering high-quality, safe housing schemes
• Full UK Driving Licence
