Cornerstone Project Source, based in Bristol, seeks a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee 2-3 architectural metalwork sites and manage projects valued at £200,000-£300,000. The role starts immediately and offers a competitive £60,000–£65,000 salary with a company vehicle from the yard.

You'll coordinate site teams, monitor progress across Bristol, Bath and Cardiff, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Job description

A leading architectural metalwork fabricator is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager to oversee 2-3 architectural metalwork sites, managing projects worth £200,000-£300,000, in Bristol.

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + package (company vehicle from the yard)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday, occasional weekend work may be required)

Duties:

• Managing 2-3 architectural metalwork sites concurrently
• Overseeing projects across Bristol, Bath and Cardiff
• Responsible for packages/site values of £200,000-£300,000
