Are you an experienced Construction Contracts Manager passionate about driving successful public-sector projects? We're looking for a skilled professional with a track record in managing and delivering high-quality construction projects, someone ready to take on a senior role with genuine growth potential - right up to director level.

About the Role

In this role, you'll take the lead on multiple public-sector construction projects, typically ranging from 500k to 8m in value. Your expertise in construction delivery, particularly JCT D&B, will be central to your work as you navigate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll handle everything from high-level stakeholder management and risk assessment to overseeing supply chains and driving margins, all while working closely with our teams on the ground.
