Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of materials and industry practices.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Overview

Contract Delivery Manager
Location: Belfast | Company Vehicle Provided | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of all repair and maintenance contracts within your region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and work closely with the commercial team to maximize profitability.
  • Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for contract extensions, additional work, and new client relationships.
  • Support the bidding and tendering process as required.

Who we're looking for
  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within repairs & maintenance or construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS (black/white card)
  • Proficiency in IT & project management software
  • Full UK driving licence
