CSS is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join our established construction team in the roofing sector. You will oversee multiple contracts, coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining client relationships.

The role focuses on monitoring budgets, programmes and project performance, ensuring quality standards and health & safety compliance, and resolving contractual challenges to support long-term business success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within construction is essential.
• Roofing experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from all areas of general construction are welcome.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of project delivery, budgets and health & safety.
• Full UK driving licence.
