Job summary

Qualifications

• Passive fire protection experience in compartmentation or fire doors.
• Experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager.

• Full UK driving licence.

Job description

Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are inviting applications for the position of Contracts Manager within our Health & Accommodation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and oversee passive fire protection projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Lead and support site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings
• Monitor project performance, programme delivery, and commercial targets
• Work collaboratively with internal departments including Commercial, Compliance, and Operations
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and project records are maintained

• Passive fire protection experience in either compartmentation or fire doors.

• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
