Job summary

GE Aerospace Cheltenham offers a 12‑month Contracts Manager Placement within the UK Contracts Team, providing experience in contract management, risk review, drafting and negotiation, and exposure to governance and compliance. Based at Cheltenham, you will work with the GE Aerospace Legal team and gain insight into real estate matters, M&A transactions, international trade controls, and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Business or Law Related Degree Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree
• On course to achieve a 2:1 degree or above
• To be in your penultimate year of study and returning to education post placement

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in contract management including risk review, drafting and negotiation
• Assist on commercial real estate matters and working with Compliance function
• Draft and negotiate contractual agreements for sales and purchases, exposure to M&A and international trade controls
• Work with the UK Contracts Team and GE Aerospace Legal team; potential UK/overseas travel
