About the Contracts Lawyer role:

This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development within a large Commercial team, getting involved with interesting projects, procurement, and contributing to the development of leading practices. The successful Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Advising on all aspects of public procurement.
• Dealing with funding and grant agreements.
• Providing advice to a range of stakeholders.
• Advising on complex/multi-million pound projects.

Experience required for the Contracts Lawyer post:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
• Candidates aren't expected to have experience in all of the above; exposure to one or more would be beneficial.
