About the Contracts Lawyer role:

This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development within a large Commercial team, getting involved with interesting projects, procurement, and contributing to the development of leading practices. It's an ideal role for someone looking for that next step in their career.

The successful Contracts Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Advising on all aspects of public procurement.
  • Dealing with funding and grant agreements.
  • Providing advice to a range of stakeholders.
  • Advising on complex/multi-million pound projects.

Experience required for the Contracts Lawyer post:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
  • Candidates aren't expected to have experience in all of the above; exposure to one or more would be beneficial.
