Job summary

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) is recruiting a Contracts Support Officer to help manage service level agreements and commissioned contracts across Scotland. The role sits within Service Delivery and works with NHS Boards, Local Authorities and partners to ensure contractual requirements and performance expectations are met.

We are seeking an organised, proactive individual with governance, contract management or related administration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, governance, contract management or a similar business support role.
• Educated to SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent) such as an HNC or related qualification.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Service Delivery Contract Register.
• Support contract monitoring, review and renewal processes.
• Coordinate reports and governance information.
• Support quality assurance, compliance and performance monitoring activities.
• Work with managers and external partners to meet contractual commitments and identify risks.
