Job description

This role will see you come on board as a Contracts Executive (Legal) where you will be part of a dynamic and creative industry.

This role is to start as soon as possible based in the London office. Your role will involve but is not limited to:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for content provided across all divisions
  2. Work closely with Editorial staff to provide contractual support
  3. Maintain an accurate record of contract progress
  4. High internal stakeholder management
  5. Experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts and addenda

About you:

  1. Detail-oriented
  2. Must have experience as a contracts administrator or executive
  3. Previous experience in print, broadcast, distribution, and/or media is highly desirable
  4. Excellent knowledge of Biblio
  5. Ability to handle queries efficiently and have a keen eye for detail
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
