Job summary

DWF is seeking a Contracts Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of commercial contracting projects from Manchester, combining your contracts expertise with project management and client relationship skills.

You will collaborate with Legal Advisory teams and our offshore delivery centre in India to shape innovative contract management solutions, drive efficiency, and deliver high quality service across contracting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE specialising in commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to assess contractual risk and communicate legal concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of contracting projects including review/negotiation and templates.
• Assess contractual risk, manage escalations and ensure high-quality service.
• Provide oversight and guidance with the India delivery centre to ensure timely delivery.
• Support business development and drive process improvement, leveraging legal technology.
