About the role (External)
- Location: Birmingham (hybrid role)
- Contract: 35hrs per week full time Fixed Term opportunity

Role responsibilities would include:
- Overseeing the delivery of Apprenticeship and Graduate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Gathering and analysing data to meet reporting requirements and support decision-making processes.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining apprenticeship records and resolving queries promptly and effectively.
- Monitoring the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), facilitating levy funding registration, and enrolling apprentices.
- Staying updated on changes to government and company policies and communicating these to internal stakeholders.
- Supporting supplier performance evaluations against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting the team in the delivery of successful apprenticeship and graduate programs.
- Conducting procurement activities to ensure continuity and excellence in service delivery.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the procurement process.
