Job Title: Contracts Administrator

A leading technology organisation based in Birmingham city centre is currently recruiting for a graduate-level Contracts Administrator to join the team in an exciting new role. Working alongside the wider team, you will be challenged to work to your full potential, expanding your skills and professional portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaising directly with clients to manage the contract process, producing drafts and final versions tailored to each client.
  2. Proof-reading, formatting, and editing all contracts, making necessary changes, and ensuring all information is accurate.
  3. Identifying issues and risks, dealing with requests, and ensuring all documents are uploaded and stored in line with GDPR and compliance policies.
  4. Providing general business support to the Birmingham office team and undertaking additional administrative duties as needed.
  5. Supporting the maintenance and operation of health and safety and compliance procedures, ensuring they are accurate and audit-ready.
  6. Inducting new starters, managing equipment and access, conducting tours, and addressing initial queries.
  7. Arranging catering, monitoring office supplies and stock levels.
  8. Supporting conferences, events, and scheduling activities, liaising with external contractors and providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and good legal contracts knowledge.
  • Administrative and organisational skills, proactivity.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills; training on CRM systems will be provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous office-based administration experience preferred.
  • Background in legal or similar fields, experienced with high volumes of contracts, is advantageous.

This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £35K annually, depending on experience.
