Job Description

  • Monitor and assess tender opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with contract authorities to anticipate upcoming releases and extensions.
  • Oversee the entire contract life cycle, from pre-tender planning to submission, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Act as the primary liaison for government agencies and private sector partners, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary tender inputs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage contract performance, tracking KPIs, pricing updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze sales data to generate reports and insights that support contract and business decisions.
  • Continuously refine contract management tools, databases, and processes while maintaining accurate records.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant should have:

  • Proven experience in tenders or contract management within health care, medical devices, or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in submissions.
  • Understanding of procurement processes from both buyer and supplier perspectives.
