Job summary

A recruitment firm is looking for an interim senior contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6-month rolling contract. The role can be performed fully remotely, except for IT collection on the first day. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on procurement matters. Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.

The role can be offered on a fully remote basis aside from IT collection on the first day.

Responsibilities

• Be able to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with minimal supervision
• Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters inclusive of the IT category
• Have prior experience drafting funding and service level agreements
• Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act
