Job description

Contracts and Compliance Manager, Surrey

We are partnering with a reputable Housing Association to appoint a Contracts and Compliance Manager for a 6-month temporary role, with interviews and start dates in the coming weeks.

This is a full-time position based in Surrey, offering hybrid working (2-3 days remote per week).

The rate is £350 per day via UMB.

Applicants must have experience in delivering servicing and compliance programmes, specifically with cyclical maintenance contracts within the Housing Association or Local Authority sector.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing servicing and maintenance of equipment and assets, including inspections and surveys across the property portfolio.
  • Overseeing service chargeable works requiring cyclical programmes, coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants.
  • Following up on actions or remedial works identified through inspections and surveys, ensuring they are completed and recorded.
  • Supervising the Compliance and Servicing Administrator to ensure service delivery aligns with role expectations.
  • Implementing and managing maintenance programmes across the property portfolio.
Experience required:
  • Experience in delivering servicing and compliance programmes.
  • Experience with cyclical maintenance contracts within the Housing Association or Local Authority sector.
Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification at BTEC HND/HNC level.
  • Health and Safety experience or certification applicable to the role.
  • CIBSE qualification or similar relevant body.
Working hours and benefits:
  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
