Insight Select in London is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our global professional services team, focusing on European operations. You will review, implement and maintain client and matter financial terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

The role requires 2+ years analytical experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and collaboration with Pricing, Billing and Accounts teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an analytical role.
• Legal experience is desirable, ideally within professional services.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and validate financial terms for new and existing clients and matters.
• Support client onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation.
• Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems.
• Interpret client agreements, engagement terms and guidelines to ensure financial requirements are accurately implemented.
• Work collaboratively with Pricing, Billing, eBilling, Accounts Receivable and other revenue teams.
• Support European offices with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of financial terms.

Contracts Analyst

Location: London - Hybrid (1 day working from home)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Analyst to join a leading global professional services organisation in London.

This newly created role will support the organisation's global Financial Terms Management function, with a particular focus on European operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining client and matter financial terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and validate financial terms for new and existing clients and matters
• Support client onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation
• Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems
• Interpret client agreements, engagement terms and guidelines to ensure financial requirements are accurately implemented
