Job summary

Insight Select is seeking a Contracts Analyst in London on a hybrid basis to support global Financial Terms Management, focusing on European operations.

You will review, implement and maintain client and matter financial terms, ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the client lifecycle, and collaborate with Pricing, Billing, eBilling and AR teams.

The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000, a discretionary annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an analytical role.
• Legal experience desirable, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and validate financial terms for clients and matters.
• Support onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation.
• Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems.
• Interpret client agreements, engagement terms and guidelines to ensure financial requirements are accurately implemented.
• Work collaboratively with Pricing, Billing, eBilling, Accounts Receivable and other revenue teams.
• Support European offices with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of financial terms.

Contracts Analyst

Location: London - Hybrid (1 day working from home)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Analyst to join a leading global professional services organisation in London.

This newly created role will support the organisation's global Financial Terms Management function, with a particular focus on European operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining client and matter financial terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and validate financial terms for new and existing clients and matters
• Support client onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation
• Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems
