Full-time, permanent; Based in Doncaster, Victoria. HYBRID ROLE. Key role ensuring contractual compliance on industry leading renewable energy projects with upstream and downstream experience. Experience working with in-house legal team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities: The role focuses on contractual compliance and negotiations for renewable energy projects, with involvement across upstream and downstream agreements and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 4+ years relevantexperience, working in either Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project based environment
  • Essential: experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Essential: ability to understand design and construction contracts
  • Desirable: experience working with in-house legal team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • High-level contract administration, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Although not essential, qualifications in either Law, Construction Management, Business Management, or Project Management will be highly regarded
