Contracts & Risk Advisor – Remote

Salary: Up to circa £28,000 (DOE)
Location: Remote (Cardiff)

Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong grounding in commercial contracts and compliance, ready for your next challenge in a fast-paced, remote environment?

TSR Legal is proud to be working with a dynamic and growing organisation who are now seeking a Contracts & Risk Advisor to join their compliance team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in commercial contract administration, compliance, or risk—particularly those from a legal support or business operations background who are confident reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyse, and advise on client, supplier, and candidate contracts
  • Identify potential commercial or legal risks, log issues on the risk register, and escalate where needed
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to negotiate and agree contract terms
  • Maintain a 100% approval rate for completed placements
  • Respond to and clear the contracts inbox within 24 hours
  • Support the Compliance & Risk Manager on wider compliance matters and documentation
  • Help build a culture of knowledge sharing and commercial awareness across the team

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience in contract administration, compliance, or commercial legal support
  • Understands how to review, negotiate, and interpret commercial contract terms
  • Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot and mitigate risk
  • Can work across teams to advise on contractual obligations and liabilities
  • Is a clear, confident communicator with excellent organisation and time management
  • Brings a proactive, solution-oriented approach and takes pride in a job well done
  • Is self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
