Comex 2000 seeks an experienced Reinstatement Operative to support telecoms delivery across the North West. You will restore footways, carriageways and verges to industry standards, following NRSWA and client specifications, while prioritising safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have tarmac/asphalt reinstatement experience, strong safety ethic, and the ability to work independently or in small gangs, with a clear focus on productive, right-first-time execution.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in reinstatement works within telecommunications, utilities, highways or civil engineering environments.
• Experience in tarmac and asphalt laying, raking and screeding.
• Experience operating rollers and other reinstatement plant and equipment.
• Experience completing patching and permanent reinstatement works.
• Experience working on highways and utility projects.
• Ability to lead 2-man and 3-man gangs and coordinate site activities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out interim and permanent reinstatements to footways, carriageways, and verges per NRSWA specifications.
• undertake tarmac and asphalt laying, including raking, screeding and compaction.
• Operate rollers, Stihl Saws, Wacker Plates and other plant while maintaining certifications.
• Deliver patching and other highway reinstatement works to required standards.
• Restore highways and public areas, capturing evidence and photos in approved systems.
• Support highway, utility and telecom reinstatement activities across multiple locations.
• Assist in traffic management arrangements including flagging and control where required.
• Identify and rectify defects to ensure compliance with client, local authority and industry requirements.
